1、Bottom glue: The bottom glue of all thermos bottles adopts a special formula, which is different from the bottle body glue formula.
2、Bottle body vulcanization: All thermos bottles are produced by a 250-ton integrated vulcanizing machine instead of the old-fashioned single-piece small vulcanizing machine. Long thermos bottles are produced by a 400-ton vulcanizing machine. The vulcanization temperature and pressure are managed by a dedicated sensor controller to ensure constant temperature and pressure during vulcanization. All of our hot water bags have a vulcanization time of 180 seconds.
3、Rubber mixing: All these rubber mixing jobs will be operated by employees with 20 years experience, not simple automatic rubber mixing machines.
4、Mold: All bottles are made of P20 special mold steel for mold vulcanization instead of cheap 45# mold steel

1、Phthalates: Thermos is free of 23 phthalates (DINP, DEHP, DBP, DIDP, DIBP, BBP, DNOP, DIOP, DMP, DPP, DEP, DCHP, DPRP, DNP, DPrP, DBZP , DPhP, DnHP, DMEP, DAP, nDnOP, DnDP, DiPP) have been listed as carcinogens by WHO and detected using gas chromatography mass spectrometry.
2、SVR 3L rubber: The standard natural rubber produced in Vietnam, the impurity content is only 0.03%. All rubber is new (within 6 months of production)
3、Manufacturing Plant: All thermos bottles are produced by the largest rubber thermos manufacturing plant in China, trusted by ALDI and many other top European brands Opel.
4、Rubber Oil: All rubber oils used in rubber compounds
